The role of this platform is to serve as a comprehensive technology and service platform for screening of new drugs and diagnosis of illness which emphasizes on such biochip technologies as gene chip, protein chip, etc. The platform is based on Qingdao, facing Shandong Province and serves the whole country.

       The platform includes 15 sets of device, such as gene chip array instrument system, gene chip hybridization system, gene chip scanner system, drying apparatus, protein chip system, electrophoresis and HPLC, liquid workstation (extraction and purification), chemiluminescent immunity analyzer, etc.
