Ltd. with Jiang Yikang, secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial People's Congress, Wang Junmin, deputy secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Li Qun, member of the Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee, Lei Jianguo, member of the Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial Committee and secretary-general of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Zhao Runtian, deputy governor, Zhang Xinqi, deputy secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and mayor of Qingdao, Chen Fei, member of the Standing Committee of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Working Committee of Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and director of the Management Committee, Guo Yinghui, vice president of Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd., general manager of Beijing Science Park Development (Group) Co., Ltd., Pan Guoping, president of Qingdao Blue Bio-medical Park of Beijing Science Park Development (Group) Co., Ltd., Yang Huicheng, general manager of Qingdao Blue Bio-medical Park Development Co., Ltd, Zheng Yi, Investment Invitation Director, etc. accompanied.
The delegation investigated the investment invitation exhibition center in the Park. Chen Fei introduced Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone to the delegation; Guo Yinghui introduced development and advantage of Beijing Science Park Development (Group) Co. Ltd., focusing on industry orientation and planning of Qingdao Blue Bio-medical Park, which aims to attract bio-medical projects in terms of innovative drugs, antibody drugs, protein drugs with marine characteristics. The overall planning of the Park is “three parks and one quarter” – incubation park, acceleration park, industrial park and living quarter. Zheng Yi introduced the enterprises settled in the Park. The delegation approved of the achievements of three transitions – “from investment invitation to industrial organization, from preferential policies to environment optimization and from government leadership to government guidance” promoted by Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
Qin Guangrong said, “Yunnan and Shandong enjoy profound friendship with strong economic complementarity and tremendous cooperative potential. Especially in recent years, Shandong has made great achievements in every aspect of reform and development and many good ideas, practices and experiences have a reference value.”
